We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number and business details provided when you contact us.
• Business and account information — marketplace seller identifiers, advertiser account identifiers and advertising profile identifiers for the accounts we are authorised to manage.
• Advertising and performance data — campaign settings, keyword data, impressions, clicks, spend, sales and attribution results relating to advertising accounts under our management.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information and access logs when you visit this website.

3. Amazon advertising data

We access Amazon advertising data through the Amazon Ads API only for advertising accounts that have explicitly authorised our application through Login with Amazon (LwA).

3.1 What we access

• Advertising profiles associated with authorised advertiser accounts
• Campaign, ad group, keyword and targeting configurations
• Performance and reporting metrics for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display

3.2 How we use it

• To monitor and analyse advertising performance for the accounts we manage
• To optimise bids, budgets, keywords and campaign structure
• To produce internal performance reports

3.3 Storage and security

Amazon advertising data is stored on our own self-hosted infrastructure in controlled environments. Access is restricted to authorised personnel of our advertising team. OAuth refresh tokens are stored on access-controlled systems and are never exposed publicly.

3.4 Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Amazon advertising data with third parties. Data is not used to build or train products offered to other parties.

3.5 Retention and deletion

We retain advertising data only for as long as necessary to provide our advertising management services. When an authorisation is revoked or our engagement ends, we delete the associated tokens promptly and remove derived data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

3.6 Write operations

Where our application has campaign management scope, any change to advertising configuration is reviewed and confirmed by an authorised member of our team before it is applied. Automated execution without human confirmation is not performed.

4. Legal bases for processing

We process information on the basis of contract performance (providing our services), legitimate interests (operating and improving our business), consent (where you have authorised our access), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact it@jimiyoupin.com. Authorisations granted through Login with Amazon can be revoked at any time from your Amazon account settings.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. Server access logs may be retained for security and troubleshooting purposes. We do not use third-party behavioural advertising trackers on this site.

We operate internationally. Where information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistently with this policy.
