JIMI Ads manages sponsored advertising campaigns on Amazon on behalf of advertisers and seller accounts operated by our clients. We focus on home, outdoor and consumer electronics categories, where listing variation, seasonal demand and competitor keyword density all affect campaign structure.
Campaigns split by category and match type, with branded and competitor terms kept in their own campaigns.
Initial bids from category CPC benchmarks, then adjusted per placement rather than as one blended bid.
Daily budgets distributed by campaign performance, with alerts when a campaign caps early.
Monthly report with ACOS and ROAS by campaign and targeting, plus a written review of what should change.
Account structure, keyword strategy and bid control, in the order they matter.
Sponsored Products is usually where the largest share of an advertiser's budget goes, and where campaign structure decides how much control the advertiser has over bids and budget.
Creative and landing quality decide the result as much as the bid.
Sponsored Brands campaigns depend on creative and landing page quality as much as on bidding, so the work starts before the campaign is built.
Audience and product targeting, built around the catalogue.
One report, the same fields every month.
Advertising data is retrieved through Amazon's official advertising APIs on behalf of authorised advertiser accounts, consolidated into our reporting systems, and reviewed by our team before recommendations reach the client.
Structure and search terms decide the outcome; bids only follow.
Home, outdoor and consumer electronics.
Our advertising work concentrates on three categories, because campaign structure and seasonality differ enough between them that specialists are worth more than generalists.
Variable-heavy catalogues where colour and size variants split traffic across child ASINs, and where review counts on the parent listing carry weight in conversion.
Strong seasonal demand where the run-up to peak matters more than the peak itself, and where budget has to be committed before conversion data is available.
Dense competitor keyword coverage and short product cycles, where competitor ASIN targeting and branded term defence carry a larger share of the strategy.
Seven steps from first call to monthly review.
We review the advertiser's catalogue, target marketplaces, current campaign structure and advertising objectives, and agree the scope in writing before any work starts.
The advertiser authorises our application through Login with Amazon. The advertiser retains ownership of the account and can revoke access at any time.
We audit existing campaign structure, targeting, search term history and budget distribution, then report what we found before recommending changes.
The plan covers proposed account structure, keyword and targeting approach, bid strategy and a budget framework, submitted to the advertiser for approval.
Campaigns are built to the approved plan, reviewed by our advertising team, and launched. Structural changes during launch are logged.
Search terms, placement performance and budget pacing are reviewed on a weekly cycle. Recommendations are reviewed by our team before being applied.
The advertiser receives the monthly report described above, together with a written review of results and recommendations for the following period.
Two fee structures, agreed in writing.
Engagement terms are agreed with each client according to scope. The two structures we work under are:
| Fixed monthly retainer | A monthly fee covering ongoing campaign management, optimisation and reporting for an agreed number of accounts or marketplaces. Suited to advertisers who want continuous management rather than a one-off project. |
|---|---|
| Project-based | A defined scope with a defined end point, for example an account audit and restructuring, a seasonal campaign build, or a launch plan for a new marketplace. Quoted per project. |
| Scope elements | Number of marketplaces, number of advertised SKUs, advertising products in scope (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and reporting frequency. |
| What is agreed in writing | Scope, deliverables, reporting frequency, fee structure and the advertising budget framework the client intends to work within. |
Specific terms are set out in a separate written agreement with each client. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer on particular terms.
The advertiser keeps the account at all times.
We access advertising data only through Amazon's official advertising APIs, and only for advertiser accounts that have explicitly authorised our application. Access is limited to advertising operations and reporting.
| Who owns the account | The advertiser or seller retains full ownership and control of their advertising account at all times. |
|---|---|
| How access is granted | Through Amazon's Login with Amazon authorisation flow, initiated by the account owner. |
| How access is revoked | The account owner can revoke authorisation at any time; access ends immediately. |
| What we access | Advertising profiles, campaign and targeting configuration, and performance reporting data for the authorised account. |
| What we do not access | Seller business reports unrelated to advertising, payment or payout information, or buyer personal data. |
| What we do not do | We do not share or resell advertiser data, and we do not use one client's data to benefit another. |
What clients usually ask before an engagement.
No. Your company keeps ownership and control of the advertiser account. We are authorised as a service provider and can be removed at any time by revoking the authorisation.
Through Amazon's official Login with Amazon authorisation flow. You approve our application on Amazon's own pages, and access is limited to advertising operations and reporting.
Automation and data tooling help us identify opportunities and prepare recommendations, but changes applied to a client account are reviewed and approved by our advertising team before execution. Structural changes and budget framework changes are agreed with the client in advance.
Search term and budget reviews run weekly on active accounts. You receive a monthly performance report with a written review of results and recommendations, plus ad hoc notice where the data shows a material change in demand or competitor activity.
Impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, spend and attributed sales; ACOS and ROAS at account, campaign and targeting level; placement breakdown; top search terms; negatives added; budget utilisation; and a change log with the reason for each change.
The scope we recommend depends on the number of marketplaces, SKUs and advertising products involved. A meaningful test usually needs enough budget for campaigns to gather conversion data before optimisation decisions can be based on evidence rather than assumption. We discuss this during scoping.
Either a fixed monthly retainer for continuous management, or a quoted project fee for a defined scope such as an audit and restructuring or a seasonal campaign build. Terms are agreed in writing per client.
Yes. Engagements are governed by a written agreement, and you can revoke our application's authorisation at any time, which immediately ends our access to your advertising account.
We work across Amazon marketplaces where the advertiser's account has access, using the corresponding Amazon advertising API endpoints for each region.
